Problems Discussion and Countermeasure Analysis of Merit Pay Reform in Institutions

Abstract: With in-depth implementing of merit pay reform in Chinese institutional organizations, merit pay reform plays a positive part to deepen the reform of the distribution system and improve public service in institutional organization. This paper analyses problems on the process of merit pay reform in institutional organizations and puts forward relevant strategic suggestions in order to be further promotion of improving merit pay reform.
